What I collect, and why

The only personal data this site collects is the email address you type into the opt-in form. I collect it for two reasons:

1. To grant you access to the download. Submitting the form sets a cookie that unlocks /downloads/* on this site for one year.
2. To occasionally send you product updates about the operator and the course — at most 1–2 emails per month. You can unsubscribe with one click any time.

That's it. No advertising tracking. No third-party analytics. No tracking pixels. No retargeting. No data sale.

What I store alongside your email

When you submit the form, my server records:

• Your email address
• The current timestamp
• Your IP address (kept for abuse detection)
• Your browser's user-agent string

All four fields are stored in a plain CSV file on my server (the same VPS that serves this site). They are never sent to any third party.

Cookies

This site sets exactly one cookie — amka — only after you submit the opt-in form. It's HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax, and contains an HMAC signature that proves you submitted the form. It does not contain your email. It expires in 1 year. There are no other cookies.

Third parties

None. The site is hosted on my own VPS. The capture service is plain Python running there. No CDN, no analytics provider, no email-marketing service, no ad network. If/when I add a transactional email provider to send "welcome" emails, I'll list them here.

Your rights (GDPR + CCPA)

You can ask me to:

• Show you what I have — I'll send the row(s) of the CSV that contain your address.
• Update or correct it — for example if you mistyped your email.
• Delete it — I'll remove the row(s) and reply when it's done.
• Stop emailing you — same effect as the unsubscribe link in every email.
• Export it — I'll send the row(s) as CSV.

Make any of these requests by emailing mikee@mikee.ai with the subject line privacy request. I'll respond within 5 business days; the law allows 30 but you'll usually hear back the same day.

Security

• HTTPS everywhere (Let's Encrypt + HSTS preload-eligible).
• Form POSTs are rate-limited (per IP and globally) to prevent CSV flooding.
• The CSV is not publicly accessible — only I can read it via SSH.
• Server is patched on a regular cadence; downtime is the only failure mode.

If you find a vulnerability, please email mikee@mikee.ai with security in the subject. I'll respond quickly and credit you (or not) per your preference.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted their email, contact me and I'll delete the row.

Changes to this policy

If I change anything material here, the date at the top of this page will update, and I'll send a notice email to the list. Trivial wording changes won't trigger a notice.

The AI operator runs on your machine against your accounts; you are responsible for your own ad spend, compliance with Facebook / Clickbank / Digistore24 / FTC rules, and the outcomes of any campaigns you run.
